Bloodstock AI Limited ("Bloodstock AI", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in New Zealand. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information in connection with this website and our early-access programme, in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email address, buyer type and anything you include in a form message (for example, the sales you buy at).
• Technical information — standard web logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and manage the early-access programme.
• To contact you about Bloodstock AI product updates, launch and pricing (you can opt out at any time).
• To understand who is interested in the product so we can build the right thing.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you (for example, our hosting and form-handling provider), and where required by law. Providers may store data outside New Zealand; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable privacy safeguards apply.

Storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to delete your details from our early-access list at any time. To do any of these, contact us via the contact page.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
