Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 July 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Bloodstock AI Limited ("Bloodstock AI", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in New Zealand. By using the site you agree to these terms. Separate terms will apply to the Bloodstock AI platform and mobile app when they launch.

Information, not advice

Content on this site — including descriptions of AI scores, ratings, value guidance and risk indicators — is general information about our product. It is not financial, investment, veterinary or bloodstock advice. Any analysis the platform produces is decision support only: outcomes in thoroughbred racing and breeding are inherently uncertain, and purchase decisions remain entirely your responsibility.

No veterinary diagnosis

Risk indicators described on this site or produced by the platform are not veterinary diagnoses and must not be relied on as a substitute for inspection by a qualified veterinarian.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs and software — is owned by or licensed to Bloodstock AI Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.

Early-access programme

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation to the beta. Beta features are provided "as is", may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional terms provided with your invitation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloodstock AI excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
